This beautiful chalet is located in the quiet residential area of Sol de Mallorca and offers a great view of the bay Portal Vells.
The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and is surrounded by different terraces. A flat grasses area provides space to play for children.
From the parking lot level, there is a lift to the entrance of the house, which makes it much easier to carry heavy luggage and shopping.
The great sea views, can be enjoyed even out of the pool, and compensates for the not very generous size of the pool.
Area
Only 5 minutes walk from the house, there are three very nice small bays, with spectacular white sandy beaches. The so-called 3 Finger Bay, is also very popular with boat owners who go there with their yachts at anchor.
The nearest shopping opportunities are only 5 minutes drive away and the popular Puerto Portals with it´s big port and many restaurants can be reached in about 10 minutes.
