Description
This very modern small house was completed in July 2010. The house is built in an L-shape and has a loft-like character inside. This means all rooms are open and leading into another and except from the bathroom, there are no doors.
The main house has a living / dining area with open plan kitchen, two bathrooms and a bedroom.
In a separate small studio there is a further double bedrooms and a bathroom.
There are several partially covered terraces and between the main house and the studio is a small pool, which gives you a refreshment in summer.
Area
The house is located in a quiet residential area of Puerto Pollensa. The beautiful sandy beach and Harbour is in about 5 minutes walk, as well as a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops.
A large supermarket is only 2 minutes walk from the house.
The nearest golf course is 7km away.
