The house is surrounded by a small private garden, there is also a covered outdoor dining area with built-in barbecue.

The facility offers a gigantic 720sqm pool, reminiscent almost to a lake, and manages a small "natural" pool without any additives or chemicals.

The House is located in a very quiet position.
To the port of Porto Colom, with a large selection of restaurants, it is only a three minutes walk.

The nearest beach can be reached in about 5 minutes by car.

All other shops for daily needs such as Banks, supermarkets and pharmacies are also only minutes away.
