Three of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor, two on the upper floor.

The spacious, luxurious holiday home is equipped with terracotta tiles, beamed ceilings and air condition. In an adjacent building is a laundry room with washing machine and a guest bathroom located.

The towns of Santanyi and Cas Concos are only 5 minutes away by car. Especially in Santanyi has a good selection of restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The beautiful beaches in the Cala Santanyi and Cala Mondrago can be reached in about 10-15 minutes, just like the golf course Vall Dor and the riding stables "Son Menut”.
