Description

This absolute luxury country house was completely renovated in 2008 and redesigned by an interior designer.

On the ground floor are a dining room, modern kitchen and a cosy living room with fireplace. The plasma TV is in a separate room, in which the owner has issued a large number of hunting trophies from his private collection.

On the first floor of the Finca, there are a total of 4 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. Two of the bedrooms are very spacious with a walk-in closet. The bathrooms are all very modern.

The outdoor area offers every guest the perfect retreat, whether a cosy day bed, sun deck or porch.

Furthermore guests can pick their own fruits and vegetables.

The rental price includes a maid, 6 days a week, and is available from 09:00h to 15:00h and 18:00h to 21:00h. So you do not even have to worry about preparing breakfast or dinner. Also, shopping can be made.

And the best at last. For a booking of at least 7 days, a day trip on a 46-foot motor yacht Astondoa is also included (the realization is of course subject due to weather conditions)

Area

The very pretty place Pollenca with various restaurants, shops and supermarkets is just 5 minutes away by car.

The nearest golf course is just 4 km and the sandy beach of Puerto Pollenca is about 8km away.
