Description

This house was finished in 2008 and is calmly situated at Mallorcas east coast.
It offers a fantastic view to the ocean and some of Mallorcas nicest beaches are only three minutes drive away.

On the ground floor you will find a nice open american kitchen, the living- and dining area and one bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
On the first floor are two more bedrooms with en suite and a terrace with beautiful ocean view.

Area

The bays S´Amarador and Cala Mondrago with its crystal clear water and the towns Santanyi and Cala Figuera can be reached within 5-7 Minutes.
To Cala D´or and Porto Petro you need about 15-20 Minutes by car.

In Cala Figuera you can do your daily shopping. There are several well-assorted Supermarkets and a lovely Promenade for pedestrians.
The promenade leads along the beautiful Yacht harbour and offers a large number of Restaurants and Bars.
