This beautiful country house is built in a typical Majorcan style of natural stone and is located in an elevated position with lovely views of the castle of Capdepera and its surroundings.

The cottage is excellently designed and equipped with great attention to detail.

The tastefully furnished comfortable living room with dining area leads into an integrated open, modern kitchen. From the total living area you can enjoy a splendid view of the beautiful countryside and the castle of Capdepera.

The sleeping area can be reached via a small staircase leading to the rear of the house.

On both sides of the winter garden are the bedrooms. All three bedrooms are beautifully and individually designed. Two of the rooms have their own small terrace and garden access.

The owners of this property do live on the same plot and they have a friendly Swiss Mountain dog that likes to drop by for a visit.

Location

The pretty and historic village of Capdepera with its small streets, the oldest castle in Majorca, some exclusive restaurants and shops is only 1.5 km away.

The popular town of Cala Ratjada, an original fishing port, is about 3.5 km from the Finca and offers all sorts of entertainment and sports.

Several beautiful beaches can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Four golf courses are also located nearby.
