Two staircases, on either side of the house, lead us to the first floor where we find a double bedroom with en suite large bathroom with tub and shower, sitting area and a balcony with beautiful views of the environment. Two double bedrooms sharing the other bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a private roof terrace. All rooms have air conditioning and heating.

Location

The village of Pollensa is just 3 km from the Finca. In Pollenca you will find numerous cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

In Puerto Pollenca, about 8 km, there is a very beautiful long sandy beach and the nearest golf course is approximately 4km away.
