There are stunning views of the Puig de Maria and across the surrounding countryside. Two large glass doors open on to the rear BBQ terrace. To the right of the kitchen floor to ceiling glass doors open into the comfortable lounge/dining area.

A further set of sliding glass doors open back into the entrance hall. To the right of the entrance hallway we find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has parquet flooring and the bathroom pretty beige toiling and an enormous mirror.

To the left of the front door the impressive staircase leads us up to the rest of the sleeping accommodation.

The house is located just minutes outside the old town of Pollensa and close to the beautiful sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa.
