The luxury villa is just minutes from the famous Puerto Andratx. There is a very large selection of restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket.

The nearest sandy beach is located in Sant Elm or Camp de Mar, both places can be reached in about 10-15 minutes.

In Camp de Mar is also the nearest golf course.
