The open kitchen is integrated in the living room. The modern dining area provides ample space and also from here you can enjoy the unrestricted sea view.

The large infinity pool is heated and has underwater windows to the gym. Also the pool area is equipped with Bose speakers.

The famous town of Port de Andratx is a only 3 minutes drive by car. Here you will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants and a supermarket.

Every Wednesday the very popular weekly market is held in Andratx, which is about 10 minutes away.

Access to the sea is just minutes away from the house. The nearest sandy beach in Camp de Mar is approximately a 10 minutes drive.
