This old villa has been built in 1850. In 2002 the villa was renovated from the ground up and is rented out since then as an exclusive vacation property.
The house is divided into a main house and a guest house. 6 double and 1 single Bedrooms are in the main house, 2 further double bedrooms are located next door.
A total of 9 bathrooms are available, 7 of them are in the main house. Both houses have their own fully equipped kitchen. There are also various spacious living and dining areas.
During the renovation, it bears noting that the old style of the house was preserved, but the house has all modern amenities.
